Artist
Music was never something I chose as a career.
It became the language through which I learned to understand the world.
For over two decades, Navid Pyra has been dedicated to exploring the intersection of electronic music, human emotion, artistic identity, and cultural development.
His journey began in a period when electronic music was still largely underground within the Persian-speaking world. Opportunities were limited, infrastructure was scarce, and few clear paths existed for artists pursuing this culture. Rather than accepting those limitations, Pyra embraced them as a reason to build.
Since discovering electronic music in 2005 and later stepping into professional performance, education, and artist development, he has cultivated a vision that extends far beyond DJing itself.
For Pyra, music is not simply entertainment.
It is a medium for communication.
A tool for transformation.
A bridge between inner experience and collective emotion.
Throughout his career, he has performed across various stages, educated more than 200 aspiring artists, organized electronic music events, and contributed to the growth of a new generation of DJs and producers.
His work as an educator has always focused on something deeper than technical skills. Through his mentorship, artists are encouraged to develop musical understanding, professional discipline, and most importantly, an authentic artistic identity.
This philosophy naturally expanded into event creation and cultural projects, leading him to organize experiences designed not only for audiences, but for the development of artistic communities.
Among these milestones stands Bumar Festival in Turkey, reflecting his commitment to international collaboration and cross-cultural artistic exchange.
Alongside performance and education, Pyra is also the host of the weekly radio show Halekhoob, broadcast through Voice of Lethe Radio and Persian Mix Radio, where music becomes a platform for conversation, emotion, and connection.
His productions and performances are driven by atmosphere, storytelling, and emotional depth.
Each set is approached as a narrative.
Each track becomes a fragment of a larger journey.
Projects such as 15, 18, and Shift offer glimpses into this evolving artistic universe, where technical precision meets introspection and emotional expression.
Today, his vision extends through Voice of Lethe—an ecosystem dedicated to artist development, education, international collaboration, content creation, and the advancement of electronic music culture.
More than a platform, it represents a belief:
That music reaches its highest purpose when it helps people reconnect with themselves.
For Navid Pyra, every performance is an invitation.
Not simply to listen.
But to remember.
